The greeting card pick-up link is found in the email that you receive. Many AOL users, however, are having difficulty with this link. If you encounter such difficulty, please follow the instructions below:

Copy the ENTIRE pickup link url (not the AOL LINK) into your browser's address window found at the top of the screen. It begins with http and ends with a number.
Then press Enter.

The card should appear in your browser's window right away.
